LOOKING FOR A JOB? SOME HR SECRETS REVEALED THAT WILL HELP YOU IN YOUR SEARCH

The attached article, entitled "22 Secrets HR Won't Tell You About Getting a Job," is revealing indeed.

Some of my favorite tips?

*  Don't use a cover letter;

*  It is always better to apply via sponsorship through someone you know at the Company;

*  Don't use a crazy e-mail address, like, ilovegetting hammered@....

*  use key words in your resume designed specifically fot he company in question;

*  do a lot of research on the company before your interview;

*  do not discuss your family life (and particularly your young children) unless you have to;

*  make sure your cell phone is completely off during the interview;

*  let the interviewer talk as much as possible;

*  strong handshakes only - practice if you need to.
