If Phillipos appears small and young (he was apparently 18 when he made this video), that's because he's just a little guy.  Here he is (in front, red/pink shirt) at age 17 visiting with State Rep. Alice K. Wolf (D. Cambridge) in March 2009. Phillipos was at that time a member of the Cambridge Kids' Council.
